I have made this app to the best of my abilities. But the nature of the internet in this digital age poses a difficulty of how an app will behave and the fact things can break down or go wrong or not seems to be working correctly for any reason.

People who lives comfortably alone are no always in contact with relatives on a regular basis and can actually be left as dead for months untill the smell is too unbarable for the people living in close proximity to the appartment or house.

A renovation of an appartment can cost the relative several thousands in order to make the flat livable again, plus the time the renovation takes will be a hefty burden on the landlord too. The landlord might also forward such a bill.

To avoid all that and to avoid unnessesarily disturbances I have created the app Alive witch is on a low monthly or yearly subskription basis of €2
with 2 month free on the yearly plan.

I am creting an app that keep an eye on movements of your phone and tap on the screen to see if you are active witch indicate you are still alive.

If no activity has been detected, the app sends a text you have composed or a standard message to a contact person you have chosen and who lives nearby

The contact person will be prompted the go rign the bell or knock on the door to check if you are responding.
If you are unable to repond your contact person will call authorities to come check your wellbeeing or the opposite and the contact person will bring a key for easy access for the police.
